Usability – walk-throughs to help you learn the OWL Quick links between the various modules. Administrators have access to a wizard to help them get everything set up quickly.
Widgets – widgets are small information panels to help you clearly review the data in the OWL and understand what is happening and if anything needs attention.
Customisation – see a widget you like, pin it to your dashboard so the information you need is always displayed. Want to control permissions - you can switch modules and widgets off based on job role so people only see what you want them to see.
User admin – vastly improved user admin, use REGISTRATIONS to let user set up their own records based on a profile you create, allow users to manage their own personal information, assign users to match your company hierarchy.
Escalations – use our simple GUI to set up your escalation paths with a clear views of who escalates to who, and when. Also set up out of hours escalations, or emergency escalations (e.g. over Holiday periods) that override current.
Alert management – when you have an open alert you need information fast. Everything you need to respond to and manage alarms is in one place, under the ALERTS module.
Configuration – Apply settings that can apply to everyone, per department or even per individual, so that you can be sure that the access, options and protocols are correct for everyone. One size does not fit all.
Device Management – easily review all your devices, switch a device between users and view battery levels. You can even re-configure devices over the air at the click of a button.
Reports – Lots and lots of reports, with more coming all the time. Need a report we haven’t provided? Let us know and we’ll do our best to put it in for you.
Licenses – use our license module to buy more licenses, apply a license to a budget, renew licenses and check utilisation. You can even get quotes for 24 and 36 month options at renewal, which offer significant discounts.
More to come – the new OWL has been designed to allow us to quickly add and develop new features. Already in the pipeline are International Travellers, a module to allow you to manage the itineraries and travel plans of staff working abroad.
